I do, yesterday i’ve had only 2 hours of sleep.
Okay, I‘m really in shock, I eat around 1200 kcal (sometimes less) and now I lose 1 pound a day. I don’t know if my kcal intake should increase or not? I‘d rather not because I‘ve found one kcal intake chamber where I feel comfortable, yet?
I don’t know, am very confused now, but still very happy: D
but I tell you anything: D
I have no idea if it will work, but I hope it works!
ps: it’s about my blog layout

my computer is opposed sometimes stats and then I just not on the site very annoying!

the renovations are finished so I can get my pilates and do sports! yay
and I got my hair cut! I am very happy with it!
My plans for today:
no sport because I’m quite the day away, this afternoon I go shopping with my mom and maybe my sister (do not know), and tonight I’m going to dinner with a friend.
and then next week I Monday AND Tuesday to an amusement park.
those days so I can not do sports.
The plans are then as follows:
Sunday: 1 hour + 30 minutes of cardio pilates
Monday: /
Tuesday: /
Wednesday: 1 hour 30 minutes cardio pilates (in the morning because in the afternoon I go with a friend to the animal shelter.: /
Thursday /
Friday: 1 hour + 30 minutes of cardio pilates
Saturday: 1 hour + 30 minutes of cardio pilates
Sunday :/
A bit of perspective—you may want to be thin, but you don’t want to look unhealthy! Back several years ago women were trying to GAIN weight because they didn’t want to appear unhealthy.
I wish this was now. But unfortunately, it is the other way around.
